Ingredients
  

  • Soya chunks : 2 cups
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Onion : 1 no (roughly cut)
  • Ginger : 1 piece
  • Garlic : 6 cloves
  • Green chillies : 3 nos
  • Tomato : 2 nos (chopped)
  • Garam masala : 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 1 ½ tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, heat oil and fry onion, ginger, 1 green chilly, garlic and garam masala.2) When onions turn color, add turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder.
  • Reduce the flame into low and fry the onion.4) When the masala turn into brown color, grind into paste.5) Heat little oil in a pressure cooker, fry the onion, green chillies and tomato.
  • Add the ground paste and fry till oil clears on top. Add the soya chunks and add little water.
