In a pan, heat oil and fry onion, ginger, 1 green chilly, garlic and garam masala.2) When onions turn color, add turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder.
Reduce the flame into low and fry the onion.4) When the masala turn into brown color, grind into paste.5) Heat little oil in a pressure cooker, fry the onion, green chillies and tomato.
Add the ground paste and fry till oil clears on top. Add the soya chunks and add little water.
