Special Ghee Rice (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Kayama rice
  • 2-3 tbsp Pure ghee
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1-2 Clove
  • 2 pc Cinnamon
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 2, sliced Almonds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and sauté cinnamon, clove, and cardamom in it.
  • Add onion, carrot, almonds and sauté well.
  • Pour water and salt as required and mix in the pure ghee. Boil.
  • Mix in the rice and cook it well covered till water drains.
  • Taste best with chicken curry or any non-veg stew.
