Heat oil in a kadai and add coriander seeds and red chilli saute for 2 minutes.
Add onions and tomatoes saute for 2 minutes.
Then grind it in a mixer as fine paste.Then keep aside.
Heat oil in another kadai add oil and cumin seeds saute for a minute.
Add onions and saute for3 minutes in high flame.
Then add ground paste to this,chilli powder and turmeric powder to this and stir for 2 minutes.
Soak rajma for overnight and drain kidney beans and wash in fresh water.Then cook in a cooker with 3 cups of water till 4 to 5 whistle given out.
Add this cooked rajma to masala mix in kadai stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and salt to this and mix.
Add kasthuri methi and stir for 2 minutes in low flame.
Now special rajma masala is ready to serve.
