Spicy And Simple Mango Pickle

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Mangoes cut into small pieces, medium
  • 3 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 20 nos Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds Uluva
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder Kayam
  • Salt As reqd
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix well together mango pieces, asafoetida powder and salt.
  • Fry dry chillies and fenugreek seeds.
  • Grind together the fried chillies and the fenugreek seeds.
  • While grinding, add chilly powder and grind again.
  • Add the ground paste to the mango pieces and mix well.
  • :- If u want, you can add a little water also.
  • Season it with spluttered mustard seeds and curry leaves.
