For preparing spicy chicken chukka, first marinate chicken with pepper, salt and sweet chilly sauce.
Marinate it for 1 hour.
In a pan, pour oil .
When hot, add chicken pieces and fry it.
When chicken turns color, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
Add green chillies and fry it.
Add garam masala, coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric.
Add salt and cover it with a lid.
Fry it for sometime.
Sprinkle water and cook it well.
When done, and water is fully evaporated, add cumin powder, curry leaves.
Make it a dry masala.
Spicy chicken chukka is ready.
