Spicy Garlic Prawn
Garlic prawn is prepared by cooking prawns in chicken stock, minced garlic and other ingredients

- 150 g Prawns uncooked, medium sized
- 1/2 cup Chicken stock
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour Maida
- 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp Mustard ground
- pepper powder As reqd
- 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
- Salt As reqd
For preparing spicy garlic prawn, first heat butter in a saucepan and add minced garlic.
Stir in maida and mix well to combine. Remove pan from fire.
Gradually add chicken stock and mix well.
Return the saucepan back to low heat and stir till sauce starts to boil and thicken.
Stir in ground mustard, pepper and required salt.
Add prawns and cook for 5 minutes in low heat until prawns are done.Add oyster sauce. Take care that the sauce is not too thick.
Spicy garlic prawn, a tasty, yummy prawns recipe is ready. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
