Marinate the cleaned shrimps with all the powders and salt for atleast half an hour.
Tranfer the shrimps to a shallow pan.
Cook the shrimps with 1/4 cup water.
:-It should be done by 10 mins.
When all the water has dried up, add oil and the sliced onions and curry leaves.
Fry stirring in between and also check the level of salt.
Remove from stove when the onions turn translucent and set in.
:-Do not fry for more than 5-10 mins or else the shrimps would turn hard.
:-Serve the Spicy Shrimp Fry with hot rice.
:-The same recipe can be used for making liver fry also:)
