Spinach Corn Thoran

- 1 cup Spinach/cheera chopped
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Cooked corn
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When mustards splutters add red chilli and.saute for 2 minutes.
Add chopped and clean spinach to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Grind grated coconut ,cumin seeds,onion and chilly in a mixer.
Add this ground mix to the pan add salt and mix well together and stir for 2 minutes in slow flame.
Add corn and chilli powder to this stir for a minute.
Add turmeric powder also and stir until water gets compleatly dried.
Now Spinach corn thoran is ready
