Spring Rolls - Perfect Starter
Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers or Dim Sum found in East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine.

- 2 cups Flour Maida
- 2 tbsps Corn Flour
- 2 Egg
- 1 Onion
- ½ Carrot
- ½ Capsicum
- 2 Green Chilly
- Chicken Boneless piece
- Bread Crumbs as required
- Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Filling:Chop onion, carrot, capsicum and green chilies.
Add the above ingredients to the heated oil and sauté well.
Add boneless chicken cut into small pieces into the above mix. Again sauté well. Season it with salt and pepper.Filling is ready. Keep it aside.
For the pancake:With 2 cups of Maida add 2 tbsps. Of corn flour into it. Pour egg liquid into it and mix it well.
Now pour it on a heated pan to make it in a round shape.

Now dip these rolls in the egg liquid and roll it on the bread crumbs.
