Strawberry Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Strawberry
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Whipping cream
Instructions
- Whip the cream until very thick.
- In a blender or food processor add sugar and strawberry.
- Puree the strawberries with the sugar.
- Fold the puree into the whipped cream until combined.
- Refrigerate for approximately one hour or even longer if desired.
- Serve with fresh sliced strawberries. So good!
