Stuffed Bread Toast

My Experiments with the vegetables stuffed in bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 8 nos Bread slices

Vegetables:-

  • 1 no Potato
  • 2 - Carrots
  • Fresh green peas A handful
  • Chilly powder As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Boil the vegetables.
  • Make a paste of the boiled vegetables.
  • Add chilli powder and salt.
  • :- The paste should have very less water content.
  • Beat both the eggs, add chilli powder and salt.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into a flat plate.
  • Take 2 bread slices, spread the vegetable paste in between them, just like spreading jam on a bread.
  • Heat some oil in a pan.
  • Dip the bread in eggs, so that bread has a thin coating of eggs on it and fry in the pan
  • :- Just like you fry an omlet.
  • Fry both sides.
  • :- Serve with tomato sauce.
