Marinate the fish fillets with chilly powder,turmeric and salt keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Grind coconut,small onion,green chilly,cumin,turmeric and curry leaves together.
Heat oil in a kadai, add coconut mix after spluttering the mustard seeds.
Add prawns and salt, cover it and cook it till it become dry and keep it aside.
Saute the onion and curry leaves in oil till it becomes transparent.
Add chilly powder,turmeric, garam masala powder, salt and saute well.
Add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves into it and keep it aside.
Place the first fish fillet in a tin foil and keep all the prawns mixture on it.
Cover it with other fillet and then keep all the masala mixture over the fish and fold it.
:- Bake it in oven for 20 minutes and then Serve hot!!!
:- Squeeze some lime juice before serve.
:- We can grill the stuffed fish without masala
