For preparing stuffed tomato, first cut each tomato in half and scoop out the pulp. Keep the tomato pulp aside.
Apply some salt on the inner side of the tomato pieces and keep upside down for 5 minutes.
Heat little oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry onions until golden in color.
Add tomato pulp and green chillies. Saute for a few seconds in low flame.
Stir in mashed paneer, tandoori masala and required salt. Cool the paneer filling.
Fill the scooped tomato halves with paneer filling. Press gently and fill.
Sprinkle some bread crumbs on top.
Grease a baking tray with some oil and arrange the stuffed tomato on the tray.
Bake the stuffed tomato for 10 minutes or until done.
