Take 100 ml warm water and add yeast and sugar. Mix well.
Now keep this aside. If it is active yeast wait for 15 minutes. Otherwise if you are using instant yeast, no need to wait.
Now, take a large bowl and add maida/all-purpose flour and add all other ingredients which are mentioned in the section 'For preparing dough'.
Now add yeast water and knead the flour.
Now dough is ready. Now we can transfer the dough to the greased bowl for proofing.
Now wait for 2 hours for proofing.
After two hours the dough will be raised double in size.
Now divide the dough into 4 pieces and make thin sheets with the help of a roll pin.
In the meantime, we are going to make the filling. Make a paste of coriander leaves, green chilli and garlic.
Now add butter with salt into the green mixture and mix well. Now filling is ready for stuffing.
Next, apply this paste on a thin sheet.
Place a new sheet on top and repeat applying the green paste. Now repeat with the remaining sheets in likewise manner and cover with the last sheet as shown in the figure.
Now place one glass in the center and cut into 4 (refer picture).
Next, make many cuts almost 16 slits. Twist each piece as shown in the picture.
Now top the glass covered center portion with sesame seeds. Next we are going to bake the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for 25 minutes until it turns golden brown on the outside.
Now it's ready to apply butter on top of bread. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
The snack is ready to serve.
