Instructions
For preparing thai flavoured fish fry, first marinate the fish with required salt, some pepper and little oyster sauce.
Fry it in oil.
Heat oil in a pan and fry dry chillies, ginger, spring onion and lemon grass.
Add fish sauce, remaining pepper and little salt.
Add fish stock and boil.
Thicken gravy and pour over fried fish and serve.
Thai flavoured fish fry is ready.
