Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add onions and sautT till it turns golden brown.
Add green chillies, ginger, shallot pieces and curry leaves and fry for a few minutes.
Add tomato pieces and mix well.
Add salt and fish masala. Stir well.
Add water and allow it to boil.
When it boils, add the fish pieces and cover it.
Cook on low-medium heat.
:- Serve hot without breaking the fish pieces.
