chop the onion, tomato, brinjal and red chili
in a pressure cooker add oil and temper the cumin seeds
now add red chili
add onion and saute it for 3 minutes
add tomato and mix well and saute it
add brinjal and mix well for 2 minutes
add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
add 1 glass of water and mix well. close the lid and allow for 3 whistle
once the whistle steam comes down take and mix with the beater
in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and curry leaves
add the tempered oil into the tomato bajji curry
now tomato bajji curry is ready to serve. serve with idli or dosa
