Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Chicken
  • 2 1/2 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Nos. Egg
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1 Tbsp Dry red chilly flakes
  • 2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 Tbsp Fennel seed
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • Oil For frying
  • Curry leaves One hand full

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready
  • Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients except oil.
  • Add curry leaves and and keep it refrigerator for at least half an hour.(best to keep it in refrigerator overnight)
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chicken pieces in medium flame.
  • Trivandrum style chicken Fry is ready now.
