Tuna (canned)(choose preserved in sunflower or olive oil)
Onions
same quantity as tuna
Garlic
use two cloves per onion

Turmeric powder

reduce if you desire less spicy

Coriander leaves for garnishing(finely chopped)
Instructions
Drain oil from cans and separate out the tuna on a plate.
Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
Add finely chopped onions, garlic chopped or crushed and finely cut green chillies.
Add tuna, once the onions get transcluent. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and cumin powder.
Add dessicated coconut followed by chopped coriander.
:- Serve with rice.
