Instructions
Make a paste of cinnamon, cardamom, coriander seeds and coriander leaves and keep aside.
Wash the mussels and keep ready.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the ground paste and saute for sometime.
Add little water and add the mussels in it.
Add lots of turmeric and allow the mussels to cook until the shell opens.
