For preparing turtle chicken, marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, lemon and ginger-garlic paste for half an hour.
Add rice flour and corn flour to the marinated chicken. Mix well.
Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown in colour.
Take the fried chicken from the oil and keep it aside.
Strain the oil. Heat a little strained oil in a vessel.
Saute onion, curry leaf and green chilly till the onion turns brown. Turn the gas to medium flame.
Then add the fried chicken and curd to the fried onion. Mix it well.
Close the pan with a lid and keep for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Turtle chicken is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
