Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 1 no Carrot
  • 1/2 of Beetroot
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Pudina chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder vary the proportion of masala as per taste
  • Salt black salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Grind together all the vegetables using water and strain it.
  • Add all the spices and mix well.
  • While serving, add crushed ice and garnish with coriander and pudina leaves. Can also refrigerate it.
