Vegetable Curd Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Pasta
  • 3 nos Carrot
  • 100 gm Beans
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1/2 cup Corns
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 250 gm Curd
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut carrot and beans.
  • Pressure cook carrot, beans, corns and peas with little salt.
  • Take a pan with water. Make it boil and add pastas to it.
  • Cook until it becomes soft.
  • Heat oil in a frypan.
  • Add chopped onions and fry finely.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and garam masala powder.
  • Add the cooked vegetables, cooked pasta and salt.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Add curd to the mixture with little water.
  • When it starts to boil, remove from flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
