Cut potatoes and carrot into small cubes and cook it in a vessel adding salt and a cup fo water.
Add cauliflower florets and carrot.
Add boiled green peas and mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai.
Add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon and saute.
When its flavour comes out, add the sliced onions and saute, till it is soft and golden in color.
Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and chilly powder and fry for sometime.
If dry, sprinkle some water and cook.
Add the new curd and mix well till its cooked.
Add the cooked vegetables to this and allow it to boil.
Add water if necessary.
Add half cup thick coconut milk and mix well.
Heat the curry.
:- Do not boil.
:- You can add salt and chilly according to your taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with rotis, pulav etc.
