Vegetable Rava Dosa

Vegetable Rava Dosa is a popular South Indian breakfast dish known for its crispy texture and flavorful taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Rava/Semolina
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot Thinly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion Chopped
  • 2 Nos. Green chilly Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • Water
  • Coriander leaves Chopped
  • Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl, add sooji rava.
  • Add chopped carrot, onion, green chilly, ginger and salt as required.
  • Add required water.
  • Mix it well and form a thick batter.
  • Add curd, combine well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Just before start cooking, add some chopped coriander leaves.
  • Now heat the tawa with little oil, put the batter and spread it evenly. Cook both sides. Brush some oil on both sides.
  • Tasty and healthy Vegetable Rava Dosa is ready. Serve along with any veg or non veg curries.
