Ghee
Instructions
Mix butter and rice flour thoroughly into a fine dough.
Take jaggery in a vessel.
Add little water and melt so that it forms a thick juice.
Prepare small balls with butter and rice flour mix.
Deep fry the balls in ghee until golden brown.
Add these balls to the hot and thick jaggary juice and allow to soak.
