Vermicelli Pudding, known as Seviyan Kheer in India, is a cherished dessert enjoyed across the country, especially during festive occasions and celebrations.

½ Cup Vermicelli 500 ml Milk ½ Cup Condensed milk 4 Tbsp Corn flour ½ Cup Sugar 1 Pinch Salt
Add the vermicelli and fry until it's golden brown in color.
Take a saucepan, pour milk and condensed milk.
Add sugar and heat it.
Mean while cook roasted vermicelli in enough water. Then drain it.
When the milk starts to boil, add corn flour and stir continuously.
Now add the cooked vermicelli and combine well.
Bring it to boil for 1 minute in low to medium flame. Do not stop stirring.
Now turn off the flame and convert it into a pudding tray. Let it cool and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
