Fry the vermicelli in a heated kadai until golden brown, keep it aside.
Heat another pan. Add enough water for boiling vermicelli and let the water boil.
Add some salt to the water and add the vermicelli and stir it continuously. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in another pan, splutter mustard seeds, add whole red chilies, onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves to it.
Add beans, carrot, cooked peas,required salt, sautT it for 3-4 minutes.
Add the above prepared vermicelli to the vegitable mix and stir it continuously.
Vermicelli upma is ready.
