Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Vermicelli cooked, Semiya
  • 3 cups Raw rice Pachari
  • 1 half Coconut grated
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 cup Banana sliced
  • Dry fruits As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing vermicelli(semiya) ada, first soak raw rice in water for 5 hours. Powder and roast it.
  • Boil water with salt and knead the roasted raw rice into a dough with hot water.
  • Mix vermicelli, coconut, banana slices, sugar and dry fruits in a bowl. Keep it aside.
  • Make small balls out of the rice dough and press it in banana leaves.
  • Put the filling on the pressed ada and fold the leaf(cover the filling with ada).
  • Steam the ada's.
  • Vermicelli(semiya) ada is ready. Serve after some time.
