Ingredients
  

  • broken wheat 1 cup
  • cow pea 2 sp
  • fenugreek 1/4 sp
  • 4 shallots 3
  • ginger choppedd 1/4 sp
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • take wheat and cow pea and soak it for 1 hr
  • then add ginger, fenugreek and shallots into it
  • put it in a cooker for 2 whistles along with salt
  • just mash it gently and serve
