broken wheat 1 cup
cow pea 2 sp
fenugreek 1/4 sp

shallots 3
ginger choppedd 1/4 sp
salt
Instructions
take wheat and cow pea and soak it for 1 hr
then add ginger, fenugreek and shallots into it
put it in a cooker for 2 whistles along with salt
just mash it gently and serve
