White Chocolate Ganache
Sweet and creamy white chocolate ganache whipped cream is perfect for any recipe where you’d use whipped cream. It also makes a wonderfully light and airy frosting for cakes and cupcakes
Ingredients
- 200 gm White chocolate compound
- 200 gm Fresh cream
Instructions
- chop the chocolate and keep aside
- Now heat fresh cream in sauce pan for a minute and drop all the chocolate and turn off. mix well
- Now its ready for frosting
- this is my one frosting cake
