Curry with gram flour and vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Gram flour Kadalapodi/Besan
  • 2 nos Onions
  • 2 nos Green chillies Chopped
  • 1 no Tomato Chopped
  • 2 nos Garlic cloves Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Coriander leaves Chopped
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd

For Seasoning:

  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • Roast the gram flour in a pan till it gets golden brown. Keep this aside.
  • Chop onions, tomatoes and garlic into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add all the seasoning ingredients. When they splutter, add chillies, curry leaves, garlic and turmeric powder.
  • Add onions, tomatoes and garlic. Fry for a few minutes.
  • Lastly, add besan, chilly powder, salt and little water. Stir continuously with no lumps. Sprinkle some water, stir and cook covered for 2 minutes. open the lid and stir. Serve hot.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with Bhakari(jowar roti).
