Step 1

Boil and peel the potatoes.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan and splutter the ajwain.

Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients and the potatoes.

Step 4

Mix well and saute over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.

Step 5

Serve hot with chapattis.

This one is a very mouth watering side dishwhich can be done without any hassels and above all the ingredients are well within the kitchen at anytime
