Step 1

Grind all the masala ingredients into soft paste adding a little water.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Fry onions, length wise slit green chillies and masala paste until it turns brown.

Step 4

Add boti and chilly powder to it and fry until oil separates.

Step 5

In the mean time, boil raw tamarind untill it is smooth and extact thick juice of it.

Step 6

Add this juice to the cooking boti.

Step 7

Add salt and cook until it is done.

Step 8

*Boti is the visceral parts of the lamb, available with meat dealers. Normally cleaned boti is being sold but to be on safe side, clean the boti thoroughly in hot water.
