Step 1

Mix well all the above ingredients.

Step 2

Make them into finger shape long rolls with the palm of your hand, at least 3 to 4 inches long because they will shrink during frying.

Step 3

You can also bake it in the oven by placing the rolls on the baking sheet.

Step 4

Heat the oven to 300 degrees and put then for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 5

The rolls should not become brown.

Step 6

:- Serve hot with naan and raita.


This is so easy and so good.If the batter becomes too loose, add fresh crumbs of bread to absorb the excess moisture.turned out well.


This is very easy to make, my family and friends loved it. great flavour.
