Step 1

For preparing bolognese sauce, peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Put the tomatoes in boiling water and de-seed. Chop it well in the food processor.

Step 3

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, carrot, celery stick, minced beef and garlic in it.

Step 4

Add the tomatoes, concentrated tomato puree, bouquet garni, salt, pepper and sugar.

Step 5

Stir and simmer in low flame uncovered for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the bouquet garni and season to taste before serving.

Step 7

Serve it with any spicy snacks/Sphagetti.
