Step 1

For preparing bread dosa, soak bread slices in water.

Step 2

Mix bread, flour, curd, soda powder, chillies, salt and water.

Step 3

Saute mustard, ginger, onion, shallots and curry leaves in ghee.

Step 4

Pour it in batter and make dosa.
