Step 1

Clean the fish and make 2 - 3 small cuts across the fish on either side by using a knife.

Step 2

Marinate it with chilly powder, black pepper powder, salt and olive oil and keep it in the fridge for atleast an hr.

Step 3

Take a baking pan and place the fish in it.

Step 4

Broil high in the upper rack of your oven for 20 mins.

Step 5

Turn side and broil for another 20 mins.

Step 6

:- Serve with rice or it can be eaten as it is.


Really good. I never thought a cat fish can be prepared this way. Must try.
