Step 1

Grate the carrots.

Step 2

In a sauce pan, cook the grated carrot with milk and saffron.

Step 3

After it is cooked and gets to thicken, keep the stove on a low flame.

Step 4

Add sugar, cardamom and nuts.

Step 5

Remove from heat.

Step 6

Grease a plate with ghee and pour this and cut into burfis.


This is very easy receipe and children mostly avoid eating vegetables with food, but this way of sweet receipe will attract any children to eat. thanks
