  • Maida 2.5 tbsp.
    Sugar 2 tbsp.
    Egg 1 no.
    Milk 4-5 tbsp.
    Vanilla essence 2-3 drops
    Ghee 1 tsp
    nutmeg powder 1 pinch
    cardamom powder 1 pinch

In a bowl beat the egg, add sugar and ghee then again beat well

Add maida powder slowly while mixing. then add cardamom,nutmeg powder and mix well.

Add milk and vanilla essence mix well and keep for 5 min.

Heat a fry pan and pour the batter

Heat the both sides till it turns to brown color

Serve it hot and it is very soft and delicious for kids breakfast.

Is it possible to use any other essence than vanilla...Will there be any major change in taste
