  • rice flour 1 cup
    boiling water 2 cup or more to make the dough
    salt as needed
    prawns 1/4 kg
    onion 1
    ginger 1 inch piece
    garlic 3 cloves
    chilly powder 1 or 2 tsp
    turmeric powder 1 tsp
    coriander powder 1 tsp
    garam masala 1 tsp
    coriander leaves 1 spring
    salt to taste
    curry leaves half spring

make masala of prawns using all the ingredients except the rice flour a

make a dough using rice flour salt and water.

fill the masala in to the balls

continue the same with the remaining portion and make in to shapes of your wish.

and put some coconut above the ada

then using a pressure cooker or idli maker steam the ada's

it will take about 15 to 20 mint to get cooked and our ada is ready
