Step 1

Take a medium sized bowl and put 1 cup all purpose flour, olive oil, & salt in it and mix it well.

Step 2

In another bowl, take 1/2 cup warm water and add sugar and yeast and wait for 7 minutes, so that the yeast will raise.

Step 3

Add water to flour and mix it well using a wooden spoon. Cover the bowl tightly using its cap.

Step 4

Keep it aside for about 1 hour, so the dough will be double its size.

Step 5

After 1 hour, take the dough and put it in a baking pan and shape the dough to pizza base form using hand itself.
:-To avoid the stickiness of dough to your hand you can use little more all purpose flour, so it will not stick to your hand. So the base is ready.

Step 6

Spray the olive oil to the base.

Step 7

Put tomato sauce using a brush or spoon.

Step 8

Put shredded cheese over it.

Step 9

Add bell pepper pieces, onion pieces, olives, mushroom pieces, chicken etc uniformly in the base.

Step 10

After that on the top you have to add few more cheese.

Step 11

Heat oven to 350F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 12

:- Pizza is ready.
