Step 1

Cut chicken into small pieces.

Step 2

Marinate it in soy sauce for a few hrs.

Step 3

Mix corn starch with water.

Step 4

Dip chicken pieces in corn starch and fry them.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 6

Fry onion, ginger-garlic paste along with small pieces of green chillies.

Step 7

Fry, till golden brown and grind it in mixie.

Step 8

In another frying pan, put some oil and then fry bell peppr and then pour the ground onion mixture.

Step 9

Put 4 tbsp of soy sauce and 4 tbsp of chilli sauce.

Step 10

Add little corn starch liquid and desired amount of water.

Step 11

Add the chicken and boil it, until soft, on a low flame.


Quantity of the ingredient not at all specified. Tried my own quantity, but turned to be horrible. It is must, as people who wants to try new items or who are new to cooking needs it desperately. May be if specified, it may turn to be a wonderful dish.


I tried this recipe ... It was a disaster.
