1/2k g Chicken boneless
1 cup All purpose flour Maida
1 no Egg
Salt As reqd
4 nos Onion cut as square pieces
1 no Capsicum cut into square pieces
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
7 no Garlic
2 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp Chilly sauce
1 tsp Tomato sauce
Sugar A pinch
150 gm Vegetable oil
2 tsp Corn flour optional
Celery As reqd
Coriander leaves As reqd

Instructions

Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Mix maida with egg and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces with maida mixture and keep aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Add onion and capsicum into the same pan and fry.
Add garlic and add some water(1 cup) and boil.
Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and cook.
Add fried chicken into it. Cook for 2 minutes.
Mix the corn flour with hot water and add this to the dish.
Chilly chicken is ready. Garnish with celery and coriander leaves. You can add agino motto also but it is not good for health.
