  • fish400gm - anchovy(kozhuva) onion 1.garlic 1tsp
    ginger small piece
    curry leaf
    carrot 2
    dry chilly 3nos
    for marinade-chilly powder 1 tsp
    fish masala 1tsp
    slt adequate
    oil adequate.


Step 1

clean the fish and marinate it with chilly powder fish masala salt half tsp garlic and half slice of ginger and fry it. after that heat the oil in a kadai and splutter the mustard seeds, and add onion ginger garlic curry leaves carrot and dry chilly and saute it well then add the fried fish into it and crush it . then leave it for 10mts in low flame.
