Step 1

Dry roast the wheat flour on a low flame, stirring constantly till the colour changes slightly and gets aromatic. Remove from stove and allow the flour to cool completely.

Step 2

When cooled, add sugar (preferably powdered suger) and cardamom powder.

Step 3

Divide this mixture into portions.

Step 4

Add ghee to each portion and roll into ladoos.

Step 5

:- If making for the first time, the laddoos might be a little hard to assemble, but practice makes perfect.


Add sugar powder while still hot. It becomes easier to make ladoos
