Step 1

For preparing creamy baked potatoes, heat a vessel on low flame.

Step 2

Add in cream, water, garlic, pepper powder, thyme, rosemary and potatoes. Remove it from the flame and mix well.

Step 3

Add in the grated cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and salt. Mix it well.

Step 4

Put this in a baking tray and bake it on 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

Step 5

Once done, garnish with cheddar cheese and mozzarella if required.

Step 6

Creamy baked potatoes are ready.
