Step 1

Combine biscuit and butter with your fingers.

Step 2

Press mixture into a loose bottom cake tin and place in fridge for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Dissolve cornflour in little milk.Put rest of the milk and sugar to boil in a sauce pan.

Step 4

Bring the heat down,gradually add cornflour mixture and vanilla to the milk and stir continuously till it thickens.

Step 5

Spoon the custard over the crust. Lay the fresh fruits in single layer over the custard and set to chill in the fridge.

Step 6

Dissolve the jelly powder in 1/2 cup hot water and stir till dissolved.

Step 7

Add cold water and stir well.

Step 8

Pour the cooled jelly over the custard and return to the fridge to chill till the jelly is firm.

Step 9

Remove the custard and cut into squares with a sharp knife.

Step 10

:- Custard and Jelly Dessert is ready!!
