Step 1

Beat the eggs and keep aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Step 3

Add the onions and garlic and saute well.

Step 4

Add the eggs and scramble well.

Step 5

Add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum and saute for a while.

Step 6

Add the cooked rice and mix well.

Step 7

Add pepper powder, soya sauce, ajinomotto and salt and switch off the stove.

Step 8

:- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Step 9

:- Kids will love it.

hey, i tried ur receipe and it truly came out well...I also add celery to it.evryone should try dis...i`ve also sent a couple of receipes...plz hav a luk...keep posting gud receipes...


it z very tasty and very easy to prepare.i use to make this in week ends as v hav little time to spend in kitchen during should try thins.thanx to linda
