Step 1

For preparing green beans pickles, wash the beans well and slice into small pieces.

Step 2

Mix some salt, turmeric powder and steam it.

3)Dry saute mustard seeds, fenugreek and cumin seeds in a pan. Grind it to a fine powder and keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add some mustard seeds & fenugreek.

Step 4

Then add in the ginger, garlic & green chillies. Saute it well.

Step 5

Add cooked green beans, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and add the previously powdered mustard mix.

Step 6

When the mixture cools down add vinegar.

Step 7

1)Store it in bottle and serve after 1 day.
